Helena works one-to-one with people whose questions sit at the intersection of psyche, symbol, history, spirituality, anomalous experience, grief, personal development, wellbeing, ancestry and place. Her private practice is shaped by years of historical scholarship, Jungian, depth and archetypal thought, psychospiritual training, wellbeing education and psychical research. Each pathway offers a distinct way into the questions, patterns or experiences that are asking for deeper attention.
All private consultations are delivered remotely via Zoom and are available internationally by appointment. Most new clients begin with the Standard Initial Consultation — €150, which is used to understand what you need and determine the most appropriate direction for further work. Defined specialist services have their own format and price: Soul Archaeology is €250 for up to 120 minutes and includes a personalised booklet; Historic Property Profiling begins with a €250 professional consultation of up to two hours. Research, substantial genealogical work and larger commissions are then individually scoped and quoted. Each service page states the correct starting point.
Where an enquiry becomes a substantial institutional, museum, media or professional research commission, Helena will direct you to Work With Helena rather than fitting it into a private consultation framework.
