The Art of Dying

Dreams are the invisible bridge that links our living experience to the Otherworld, one of the many thresholds between realms.

Life and death are one, even as the river and the sea are one. In the depths of your hopes and desires lies your silent knowledge of the beyond; and like seeds dreaming beneath the snow, your heart dreams of spring. Trust the dreams, for in them is hidden the gate to eternity.

– Kahlil Gibran

The truth is no one can give a definite answer as to what lies beyond our human life, regardless of our religious beliefs or what science may have been able to prove so far. Science has confirmed that consciousness can go on when someone dies. And research undertaken shows that patients resuscitated even up to ten minutes or longer after their death experienced some level of consciousness immediately after dying; many of these patients remember and are able to recall what happened, some with great detail and accuracy, while dead and how they returned to their bodies in these near death experiences (NDEs). However, not everything can be explained by religion or science.

Mediumship in its various forms seems to offer great evidence for survival after the death of the physical body. Being both a mental and light trance medium with inherited gifts but who also has come close to death many times, and although I do not recall my experiences as vividly, they have changed me profoundly. It is this that encouraged me to continue learning as much as I could about it: trying to understand why my life and that of the Otherworld have always been intertwined since I was a child. Regardless of how many times I have been contacted by spirits or receive signs/information/memories that are not my own, it never ceases to surprise me. Although hard to describe, it is quite a magical feeling, even after so many decades and each time, it reaffirms what I feel in my heart to be true: that death is not the end but the passage from one stage of our being into another, much like birth, an awakening or rebirth into another realm of consciousness where we are all connected and one.

Join me in this unique talk as a tribute to those no longer here, on all souls day, in remembrance. I'll share some of the beliefs I have come to learn and why they seem to make sense. I'll discuss the role of dreams and their symbolism as well as altered states of awareness, like trance, in bringing us closer to the Otherworld and providing evidence. I'll also share some paranormal experiences I have been gifted with which offer some evidence and hope of survival of the soul and an afterlife. Followed by QA.

Unique talk. Book today!
